The important thing to understand is where they come from: the platform does not publish public codes, and you cannot generate one for yourself. A code always originates with someone distributing it, which shapes both how you get hold of one and how much you should trust it.

Step-by-step redemption

Redemption is four taps once you have a code. Paste rather than type it where you can, since a single wrong character reads as an invalid code.

  2. Tap the Gift button to open the redemption form.
  3. Enter the redemption code exactly as you received it.
  4. Tap Receive to claim the reward.

One code claims one gift, so there is nothing to be gained by entering the same code twice. Where the reward lands depends on what kind of reward it is.

Cash vs. coupon rewards

Cash rewards are credited directly to your wallet balance, where they behave like any other funds in the account. That is the simpler of the two outcomes and needs nothing further from you.

Coupon rewards are different: they go to My Top-Up Coupons rather than your balance, and each one carries a spending threshold it only applies above, plus a validity period. A coupon is therefore conditional value rather than money in hand.

Troubleshooting an invalid or expired code

An invalid code is most often a transcription problem. Check for a confused 0 and O or 1 and l, a missing character from a truncated copy-paste, or stray whitespace picked up from a chat message.

If the code is definitely correct, the two remaining explanations are that it has expired or that it has already been claimed — one code claims one gift, and widely shared codes are often exhausted within minutes of being posted.

Confirm with whoever gave you the code rather than retrying repeatedly. They can tell you whether it was single-use, whether it has lapsed, and whether a replacement is coming.

Finding a reliable code source

Treat any code source with the same scepticism you would apply to an APK download. A legitimate code needs nothing from you beyond pasting it into the app — so anyone who wants your password, your OTP, a payment, or a deposit "to activate" a code is running a scam, not sharing a reward.
