Contact Us

This page is how you reach the people who write the VeerGame Guide on veergameclub.com. It is not VeerGame customer service. Account problems, deposits, withdrawals and bonus disputes have to go to the platform's own support. For self-serve answers see the FAQ, Help & Resources and the Telegram Channel.

What we can help with

This inbox — when a message can actually be delivered — is for the guide site itself, not for the operator. Use it when a figure, step or screenshot on a walkthrough no longer matches the app you are looking at, or when a topic in the outlines is missing a section you needed.

  • Corrections — a figure, step or screenshot on a guide that no longer matches the app.
  • Content suggestions — a topic the outlines missed, or a walkthrough that needs another section.
  • Partnership or business inquiries about this guide site, not about advertising inside the VeerGame app.
  • Questions about the Telegram Channel that belongs to this guide, not to the operator.

Those are editorial requests. They do not move money, unlock an account, or create a ticket inside VeerGame. If you write about a stuck withdrawal, the people who publish this site still cannot see the wallet.

What we can't help with

We cannot help with anything that requires access to a VeerGame account. That includes locked logins, missing deposits, rejected withdrawals, bonus disputes, and requests to change a registered phone number or bank account.

Those go to the platform's own Customer Service — the in-app Agent line / support chat — because only the operator can see or change an account. Writing to this site about them will not move the request and will not reach that team. Help & Resources explains what to have ready before you open that chat.

Contact form / email address

This site does not publish a public email address. No inbox endpoint is listed on veergameclub.com, so the fields below do not submit a message. They show the kind of note that belongs here — a correction, a content suggestion, a business inquiry, or a question about this guide's Telegram channel — without inventing an address that does not exist.

Until a public contact method is listed on this page, the practical path is the self-serve guides: the FAQ for short answers, Help & Resources for which team to write to, and the Telegram Channel for time-limited gift-code notes. None of those channels can change a VeerGame account.

No public email address is listed on this site. The fields below show what a message would include; they do not send.

Response time expectation

This page does not promise a reply within a set number of hours or business days. No turnaround target has been published, and inventing one would be a claim this site cannot stand behind.

If a public inbox is connected later, this section will be updated with whatever turnaround the site owner is actually willing to state — and only that. In the meantime, do not wait on this page for an account fix; that work still happens inside the operator's own Customer Service.

Faster self-serve options

Most questions already have an answer on the site. The FAQ collects every Q&A from the guides in one place. Help & Resources points at the operator for account work and at the how-to pages for everything else.

Time-limited gift codes and bonus notes, when we share them, go out on the Telegram Channel rather than through this form. That channel is part of this independent guide. Nobody there will ask for your password.

Can you help me with my VeerGame account or a stuck withdrawal?
No — contact the platform's own Customer Service directly; this site has no access to accounts.
